Working Capital Workshops for Real Business Growth

Six-month intensive programme starting October 2025

This isn't about theory or textbook examples. We built this programme around actual challenges Australian businesses face when managing cash flow. You'll work through scenarios pulled from real companies, learn to spot warning signs before they become problems, and develop strategies that actually fit how small to medium enterprises operate.

What You'll Actually Learn

We structured this around five core modules that build on each other. Each one focuses on a specific aspect of working capital management—the kind of stuff that keeps business owners up at night.

The programme runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30 PM, over six months. That gives you time to apply what you're learning to your own business between sessions.

Who You'll Learn From

Our instructors have spent years working directly with Australian businesses on working capital challenges. They've seen what works and what doesn't—and more importantly, they can explain why.

Lead Instructor - Cash Flow Analysis

Callum spent twelve years advising manufacturing and retail businesses across New South Wales on cash management. He's particularly good at breaking down complex financial concepts into practical steps you can actually use.

"I've watched too many profitable businesses fail because they ran out of cash. The patterns are predictable once you know what to look for."

Henrik came from supply chain management before moving into financial consulting. That background gives him a unique perspective on how operational decisions impact working capital—connections most people miss.

"Every inventory decision is a cash decision. Every payment term negotiation affects your working capital position. Most businesses don't connect those dots."
